3. Saving Your Free Quote Form

When you use our Smart Quote form, the website saves your unfinished form in local storage on the same browser and device. This can include contact details, moving addresses, inventory, and service preferences. The current draft feature is designed to retain an unfinished draft for up to 30 days. You can clear it using the form reset option, and your browser settings may also allow you to remove it.

After a quote request is successfully submitted, the temporary draft is cleared from browser storage. The submitted request is handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy. Draft recovery is not guaranteed if you use a different browser or device, clear browser data, or use private browsing.

4. Optional analytics

We may introduce optional analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand website visits and improve our services. Analytics technologies that require consent will not be enabled until you choose to accept them. Adding this policy does not itself install or activate Google Analytics.

5. Advertising technologies

VANFORU does not sell customer contact details or quote enquiries as advertising leads. We may advertise our services through external platforms, but any optional advertising or conversion-tracking technologies on this website that require consent must remain disabled unless you accept them. We will update this policy if such tools are introduced.

6. Your choices

When our cookie preference controls are introduced, you will be able to accept optional technologies, reject them, or customise your selection. We plan to remember your choice for up to 12 months, unless you clear browser data or a change requires us to ask again. You will also be able to revisit your choices through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Until those controls are implemented, this page is informational only and does not change your browser settings or grant consent for optional tracking.
